I am a Product Manager with a forte in Product Strategy, Business OKRs, and Product Discovery.

I started my career with design thinking, then since 2020 into strategy, roadmaps, and value proposition working with product and commercial teams. I went on to gain experience in revenue, pricing-packaging, and Go-to-market on the job, personal product-business initiatives, and an MBA in Berlin, 2023/25. An understanding of business models, discounted cashflows, and life-time-value enable me to manage product life cycle.

What differentiates me is my ability to uncover unmet customer needs and market gaps, then influence customer behavior with products, well designed, to get-their-jobs-done and hit business outcomes.

You may also occasionally spot me de-risking product goals with feasibility check by dabbling in technical and architecture discussions. I vibe code to bring up products that serve as a visual inspiration for the mission.

For digital products that rely on engineering performance I strive to decouple strategy correction cycles from engg. roadmaps to reduce scope changes, leveraging sprint cycles to cushion the dynamics. I have enough evidence through experience to believe that the PMs who spend more time with marketing and sales save more engineering effort than otherwise.

I see software development as a revenue center, which enables pre-GTM step, because you have partly validated the product-market fit working with customers and commercial teams (got any pre-orders?) using prototypes (or low-code MVPs?), so your development, like Marketing prepping their messaging and sales readying their pitches, is readying the code for production. I achieve this by being more business and customer facing.
